Abstract

The article aims to discuss how to cultivate outstanding agricultural economics and management talents to meet the needs of agricultural and rural economic development in the new era, within the context of ideological and political education. Through literature review and field research, a series of innovative talent training optimization paths are proposed, and specific suggestions are made for policymakers and educational practitioners.
