Abstract

The construction of “double-qualified” teachers is the basic premise for the high-quality development of higher vocational education, and it is also the key force for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality skilled talents. This paper probes into the positioning of the construction of “double-qualified” teachers in higher vocational colleges, deeply analyzes the current situation of the construction of “double-qualified” teachers in higher vocational colleges, and provides the countermeasures of the construction of “double-qualified” teachers.
