Abstract
This article mainly analyzes the application of technical and tactical skills in mixed martial arts competitions, including mixed martial arts and its competition characteristics, the main application significance of technical and tactical skills in mixed martial arts competitions, and its primary application strategies. It is hoped that this analysis can provide some guidelines for the appropriate application of mixed martial arts athletes’ technical and tactical skills to improve their winning rate in mixed martial arts competitions.
