This study aims to conduct a thorough analysis of the core elements of educational innovation in Inner Mongolian universities and their mechanisms for enhancing educational quality. By examining technological applications, innovative teaching models, and the educational ecosystem, this paper explores the ways in which technological empowerment enhances students’ learning experiences, the impact of innovative teaching models on educational quality, and the practical outcomes of ecological innovation theory in education. Additionally, relevant recommendations are provided for the future development trends of educational innovation in Inner Mongolian universities.
