Abstract
In Colleges and universities, the organization of Ideological and political teaching courses can strengthen the ideological education of students, but at present there are still some problems in the ideological and political teaching in Colleges and universities, the ideological and political teaching has not achieved the expected effect, and the ideological and political teaching will be hindered in the work. This paper focuses on the connotation of Ideological and political teaching in Colleges and universities, and puts forward the measures of transformation and upgrading of Ideological and political teaching management.
