As the spiritual treasure of the Chinese nation, traditional Chinese culture has increasingly demonstrated its unique charm and value on the global stage. Integrating traditional Chinese culture into college English education not only helps enhance students’ cultural identity and pride but also improves their cross-cultural communication skills, laying a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality talents with an international perspective. Based on this, the author analyzes and summarizes the significance and strategies of college English education based on traditional Chinese culture, aiming to further promote the inheritance and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture.
