Abstract
A company that does a good job in human resource management will promote the process of regional economic development, and related enterprises will develop rapidly as a result. In future work, enterprises should carefully study the relationship between the two, and innovate their human resource management and development methods while fully considering the needs of talent development and regional economic development, in order to fundamentally optimize the regional economic development status.
