Abstract

Through conducting a SWOT analysis of the Chengdu Sports Institute Museum, and utilizing the 4M management, 5W display, and 4P marketing theoretical models, this study explores effective strategies suitable for Sichuan sports museums in terms of functionality, display, and marketing.
