Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the effectiveness of the Qinglan Project in promoting the professional growth of young secondary vocational teachers. Through the empirical analysis of the implementation process and effect, this paper finds that the Qinglan Project has a positive impact on the professional development of secondary vocational teachers, with a view to providing a guideline for the development of secondary vocational education.
