Abstract

Physical training and functional reserve in winter physical education teaching can optimize the energy consumption of the body, regulate cardiopulmonary function, and stabilize emotions. It is essential to clarify the strategies of winter physical training and functional reserve as well as the existing issues in college physical education teaching, which subsequently improves students’ physical functions and achieves comprehensive development goals.
