Abstract
The key factors affecting the cultivation of high-level technical skills include policy, education system, enterprise, and social and personal factors. By analyzing the current situation and experience at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the strategies for improving the policy system, optimizing the education system, strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, improving social awareness, and improving personal quality. The study believes that these strategies will help to improve the quality of highly skilled personnel and promote economic and social development.
