This article takes the “Beidi’s Birthday on March 3” festival in Liwan District, Guangzhou as a case study to explore the model of revitalizing cultural heritage and the synergistic development of urban art districts. Through field research and observations of cultural and artistic activities, the study analyzes the methods of cultural inheritance for this traditional festival and its transformation within the modern urban environment. The study indicates that “Beidi’s Birthday on March 3” not only continues the important cultural traditions of the Lingnan region but also, through its integration with urban art districts, promotes the development of the cultural and creative industries and enhances the community’s cultural identity. This paper offers new ideas and practical references for the revitalization of urban cultural heritage and the collaborative development of art districts.
