In the new era, with the popularization of higher education, the number of college graduates is increasing, and the severe employment situation has caused the predicament of “slow employment” among college students. In view of the existence of the social problem of “slow employment,” this paper discusses the causes of “slow employment” through the investigation of the current situation of “slow employment” of college students and puts forward some countermeasures. It is hoped that it can provide guidance and assistance to the employment of university graduates.
