Abstract

The Self-Managed Work Program is a public policy of institutional strengthening implemented by the national state in support of worker-managed production units. Based on this policy, the article aims to review the objectives and actions of the program, analyze its management during the pandemic, the scope of its current implementation, and suggest possible improvements.
