Since the implementation of the "Talent-Powerful Nation" strategy, China's high-level talent introduction policies have become increasingly mature. Through sorting out relevant research literature, it is found that China's high-level talent introduction policies will develop towards a more precise direction, with interdisciplinary research perspectives, comprehensive research methods and an ecological talent introduction system.
