Abstract

In the new era, the demand for high-quality professional and technical personnel in human life is increasing day by day. Improving students’ comprehensive quality has become an important trend in education reform and teaching in higher vocational colleges. This requires teachers in higher vocational colleges to deeply understand the physical and mental characteristics of contemporary students and the industry’s requirements for the comprehensive quality of professional and technical personnel. Then, only the content of higher vocational education can be optimized while innovating the way of education and cultivating vocational students with good comprehensive quality in the new era. This article will start from the basic requirements of the comprehensive quality of students in higher vocational colleges, analyze the current situation of the comprehensive quality of students in higher vocational colleges, and bring up an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of students in higher vocational colleges.
