Abstract

College teachers are the backbone of colleges and universities, and teachers’ teaching and academic ability are their key core abilities. Starting from the evolution process and development context of university teachers’ academic teaching ability, this study intends to analyze the theoretical implications of academic teaching ability, analyze the existing problems in the development of university teachers’ academic teaching ability, and try to put forward the promotion strategy of university teachers’ academic teaching ability by combing the development status of domestic and foreign academic ability, to promote the improvement of teachers’ professional level.
