The “Intelligent Manufacturing Technology and its Application” in higher vocational colleges has some problems such as limited practical training resources, high maintenance costs and security risks in the running process. Even if there is a simulation, it is a simple simulation. The repetitive imitation of traditional practical training links, and the virtual simulation teaching does not fully reflect the characteristics of virtuality, interactivity and spatiotemporality. Because of the existing problems in the training simulation development and application of the current curriculum, the development and application of the virtual simulation system under the complexity perspective is proposed. The results show that this application can improve the effectiveness of virtual system applications.
