Abstract
The soft clause of the letter of credit(L/C) is a very difficult problem in international trade practice. Starting with the causes of the soft clause of L/C, this paper analyzes the methods of recognization and preventive measures, Providing knowledge and skills reserve for international trade students which entering the workplace.
