Abstract

This paper analyzes the various problems faced by the third-level real estate market in Shenzhen, studies their origins, formation processes, and related factors. The main contents include: investigating and analyzing the current situation and marketization degree, analyzing the causes of the formation of the real estate bubble in Shenzhen, researching the impacts of real estate on the economy, society, politics, and other aspects, and proposing effective policies and suggestions for the real estate market.
