Focusing on Haikou’s strategic development to become the “Capital of Chinese Tourism Performances,” this paper delves into its foundational conditions and implementation paths. By analyzing Haikou’s rich cultural resources, favorable geographical environment, thriving tourism industry, and continuously improving policy support, it explores how to further integrate resources, innovate development, enhance the quality and influence of tourism performances, and achieve the goal of becoming the “Capital of Chinese Tourism Performances.” This provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality development of Haikou’s cultural and tourism industry.
