Abstract

Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the digital economy, corporate financial management faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities. This paper will start with the concept of financial shared services to deeply explore the role and significance of the financial shared service model in the digital transformation of corporate finance. It analyzes the existing problems in the current process of digital transformation of corporate finance and proposes corresponding solutions, providing valuable references and guidance for enterprises to achieve digital transformation of finance.
