The study collected relevant data on silver-haired tourists in Xichang City using a combination of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews. The results show that the happiness of silver-haired tourists in Xichang City is mainly influenced by five dimensions: Positive emotion, engagement, relationship, meaning, and accomplishment, as well as factors such as tourism service quality, the degree of improvement of tourism infrastructure, and the diversification of tourism products.
