Abstract
In view of the current development of power engineering management, traditional management methods can no longer be applied to the management of current power engineering work. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate and optimize existing project management modes, transform traditional management concepts and models, focus on addressing the problems in project management and improve management. This paper mainly analyzes the project management mode and power engineering management.
