Special Issue on International Forum on Intelligent Innovation and Development of Health Management, Nursing, and Elderly Care

With the increasing global trend of population aging and profound changes in lifestyles, the prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases faces increasingly severe challenges. At the same time, rapid industrialization, urbanization, and intensified social competition have also triggered numerous social and mental health issues. Against this backdrop, health management, nursing, and elderly care have become important issues of common concern to the international community, making the cultivation of high-quality talent in related fields particularly urgent. To address these challenges and promote the sustainable development of the health, nursing, and elderly care industries, the College of Health Management has initiated the International Forum on Intelligent Innovation and Development of Health Management, Nursing, and Elderly Care, aiming to build an intellectual support and cooperation platform that integrates advanced international concepts and technologies. This forum is planned to be held annually in mid-November at Shanghai Jian Qiao University, hosted by Shanghai Jian Qiao University and organized by the College of Health Management.

Scope of Submission

  1. Exploring innovative models for the development of health management, nursing, and elderly care industries;
  2. Analyzing the opportunities and challenges facing technological development and social services under the global policy environment;
  3. Discussing teaching models and content for related talent cultivation to help overcome bottlenecks in industry development.

The 2025 International Forum will collaborate with the International Journal of General Practice Nursing to publish a special issue. This special issue will bring together the latest research and practice results in the fields of health management, nursing, and elderly care, and build an international communication platform for promoting global health. We uphold an open and cooperative attitude and welcome various forms of cooperation with domestic and international universities and institutions, including but not limited to co-hosting the International Forum.
