Abstract

Food education is an integrated education. From the three-dimensional perspective of implementing the Healthy China Initiative, residents’ nutritional status, and adolescents’ health data, the necessity of developing food education in China is analyzed, the main problems existing in food education are summarized, and strategies for developing food education are proposed in this paper.
