Abstract

The manufacturing processes of flat wire motor stators and rotors are highly specialized and demand advanced automation and control technologies. Automation control plays a critical role in flat wire motor manufacturing equipment and is typically implemented using a three-layer system architecture. Key technologies such as multi-axis coordinated motion control, flat wire tension regulation, and optimized path planning are employed to ensure efficient and high-precision equipment operation. Through the application of diverse control strategies, production quality and manufacturing efficiency are significantly enhanced. Looking ahead, the integration of digital twin and artificial intelligence technologies is expected to further promote high-quality development in industrial manufacturing.
