Abstract

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of recombinant human lactoferrin on allergic rhinitis in mice nasal drip and explore its possible molecular mechanism. Methods: The animal model of allergic rhinitis in BALB / c mice was established by ovalbumin. The eosinophils, goblet cells and mast cell infiltration of nasal mucosa were analyzed by hematoxylin-eosin,happening. The transcription factors and cytokines and expression levels of lactoferrin gene and protein of T lymphocyte subsets in nasal cavity were detected by fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Spearman was used to analyzing the relationship between lactoferrin expression levels and eosinophils in the nasal cavity.Â
