Objective: To investigate the clinical application effect of non-invasive dynamic monitoring of cerebral edema combined with refined nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: A prospective study was conducted on 96 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgery from October 2024 to January 2026. The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group (48 patients) received conventional nursing, while the observation group (48 patients) received non-invasive dynamic monitoring of cerebral edema and refined nursing for a continuous period of 2 weeks. The hematoma volume, cerebral edema volume, adverse emotions, and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results: After 3 days, 1 week, and 2 weeks of nursing, the hematoma volume and cerebral edema volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (p < 0.05). After 2 weeks of nursing, the adverse emotion scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (p < 0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Implementing non-invasive dynamic monitoring of cerebral edema and refined nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage surgery can reduce hematoma, cerebral edema, adverse emotions, and postoperative complications, demonstrating significant application value.
