Abstract

Higher vocational medical education plays a crucial role in the cultivation of outstanding medical talents. Based on the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product), this paper conducts a systematic analysis of the development of higher vocational medical education, explores the achievements and challenges faced at each stage from multiple dimensions, and puts forward improvement suggestions. This study uses the CIPP model to carry out a systematic review of medical education programs and analyzes their application value from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
