Abstract

Objective: Cervical adenocarcinoma (ECA) screening has low sensitivity and is prone to missed diagnoses. By analyzing a case of atypical glandular epithelium on TCT, this study aims to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of such diseases. Methods: The clinical examination findings, laboratory tests, and diagnostic process of a case with atypical glandular epithelium on TCT were analyzed. Results: The patient was diagnosed with cervical adenocarcinoma. Preoperative symptoms and imaging studies suggested the possibility of adenocarcinoma, and postoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of cervical adenocarcinoma (ECA). Conclusion: Through the analysis of this case, we aim to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this condition.
