Abstract

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease‎ that significantly affects the quality of life of patients. Traditional treatments often have limitations, and alternative therapies are being explored. Miao Medicine, ‎particularly Jinlong Zhi Xie Fang Enema, is a traditional herbal remedy used to ‎treat UC symptoms, especially in patients with Large Intestine Damp-Heat Syndrome. However, clinical evidence supporting its efficacy is limited.‎
