Abstract

With the rapid development of society, the construction industry has made significant progress. However, as environmental issues intensify, many construction projects contribute to pollution. In this context, applying green project management methods in construction can enhance energy conservation and environmental protection, reduce energy consumption and costs, and minimize environmental damage, promoting balanced development between the environment and the economy. Therefore, integrating green construction concepts into current construction projects is essential. Based on project requirements and construction activities, effective green project management strategies should be developed to improve management standards and promote more efficient green construction. This paper analyzes green project management in construction engineering and offers recommendations for reference.
