Abstract

Nowadays, the elderly have become an increasingly large group of people in China, but still many problems exist in their living space. This paper explores the physiological and psychological behavioral changes of the elderly, studies their living space requirements, and tries to put forward targeted design strategies in response. Therefore, making a better and more reasonable living space for the elderly as well as improving their living quality, finally helping the development of elderly-friendly design in China.
