Research on Technology and Risk Control Strategy in Real Estate Construction Engineering Management
Abstract
The complexity of real estate construction project management is highlighted, and this paper deeply discusses its technology and risk control strategy. Analyze the application field of technology and the construction of risk management system, and verify the effectiveness of the strategy through cases. The is concluded that the integration of technology management and risk control is the core path to improve the efficiency of the project, and it points out that the application of intelligent tools should be strengthened and explore the new management mode under the dual-carbon goal.
