Abstract

This study explores the ecological functions and spatial composition of the water landscape in the traditional Huizhou settlement of Chenggan Village. The analysis reveals how the estuary integrates the functions of water source protection, microclimate regulation, and cultural expression through a complex layout of ponds and Feng Shui forests. It provides important lessons for modern sustainable landscape design and planning.
