Objective: To study the effects of absorbable materials in non-weight-bearing bone fractures of extremities. Methods: After 66 patients with non-weight-bearing bone fractures of extremities were selected, absorbable materials were used in the observation group and metal materials were used in the control group. Results: After treatment, the bone healing in the observation group was significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of absorbable materials in non-weight-bearing bone fractures of extremities is effective.
