To harness the potential of financial technology and digital currency and enhance the competitiveness of the traditional financial industry, this paper briefly elucidates the concepts of financial technology and digital currency, along with their current development status. Furthermore, it analyzes the impact of financial technology and digital currency on the traditional financial industry, aiming to enrich research outcomes in this field and propel the development of traditional financial institutions in China.
