Amid the ongoing Fourth Industrial Revolution, artificial intelligence has taken center stage as the driving force behind the modernization of governmental frameworks and administrative capabilities. This study delves into the innovative approaches for weaving AI technologies into the fabric of public administration while confronting the practical hurdles along this transformative journey. To begin with, the examination unpacks the diverse real-world implementations of AI technologies, ranging from streamlined administrative approvals and precision-crafted public policies to automated risk surveillance in society and the strategic optimization of public resource distribution.
