Application of Workstation Robots in Welding Processes of Automotive OEMs
Abstract
Workstation robots play an important role in the welding process of automotive OEMs. Its multi axis degrees of freedom, high-precision motion control, and modular design enable it to demonstrate efficient performance in body welding, component optimization, and process support. By integrating intelligent technology with traditional processes, workstation robots have improved welding efficiency and quality, reducing the risk of manual intervention. Despite facing challenges such as complex weld seam recognition and multi machine collaboration, with technological optimization and innovation, its application prospects are broad, which will promote the development of automotive manufacturing towards intelligence and green direction.
