Abstract

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, China has entered the era of artificial intelligence. It not only promotes social development and progress but also faces a series of ethical risks. In response, this article starts from ethical risks, first expounds on the ethical turn in the development of artificial intelligence technology, then clarifies the core challenges of scientific and technological ethics governance in the era of artificial intelligence, and finally, proposes a theoretical framework and practical path for scientific and technological ethics governance, hoping to provide some reference for relevant personnel to better cope with scientific and technological ethics risks in the era of artificial intelligence.
