However, the current review of junior high school physics often suffers from fragmentation and utilitarianism, overemphasizing problem-solving techniques and test scores while neglecting the logical connections between concepts and their practical applications. This approach hinders students from forming a structured knowledge framework and applying physics knowledge to solve real-world problems, which contradicts the goals of cultivating core competencies. This article, guided by the concept of core competencies, proposes strategies for review, including setting tiered objectives, reconstructing the knowledge system, creating real-life scenarios, focusing on practical applications, and adopting diversified evaluation methods. These strategies aim to provide teachers with concrete and effective measures to break away from traditional review models and achieve an integrated “teaching—learning—evaluation” process, thereby helping students transition from rote memorization to the development of practical skills.
Shanshan Xuan Copyright (c) 2025 Author(s) https://ojs.bbwpublisher.com/index.php/IEF/article/view/11522 Thu, 07 Aug 2025 15:10:05 +0800 Research on the Innovative Path of Localized Talent Training Mode in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of “Vocational Education Going Global” https://ojs.bbwpublisher.com/index.php/IEF/article/view/11524
Against the backdrop of the “Vocational Education Going Global” strategy, China’s higher vocational education has gradually shifted from “technical skill training” to “talent ecology cultivation”. As a key discipline unit for “Double First-Class” construction in Fujian Province, the College of Chemical Engineering of Huaqiao University is based on the national goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, focusing on green transformation and engineering innovation, and has carried out systematic reforms in the construction of postgraduate curriculum systems. This paper analyzes the problems existing in current postgraduate education, such as lagging content update, insufficient interdisciplinary integration, and weak practice platforms, and proposes to construct a “Double Carbon-oriented” multi-dimensional curriculum system with a four-level structure of “foundation-expansion-interdisciplinarity-practice.” Through reform measures such as modular curriculum design, project-driven teaching, “1+1” double supervisor mechanism, university-enterprise collaborative education platform, and international joint training mechanism, the concept of “Double Carbon” is promoted throughout the whole process of talent cultivation. Studies have shown that this model has effectively improved postgraduates’ academic ability, practical literacy, and green innovation awareness, initially forming a high-level engineering talent training system with the “characteristics of Huaqiao University”, and provided a useful reference for the reform of postgraduate education in Chinese universities under the “Double Carbon” background.
Biaoqi Chen, Xiaochang Lu Copyright (c) 2025 Author(s) https://ojs.bbwpublisher.com/index.php/IEF/article/view/11526 Thu, 07 Aug 2025 15:14:08 +0800 Practical Research on Strengthening the Construction of University Faculty with the Spirit of Educators https://ojs.bbwpublisher.com/index.php/IEF/article/view/11528
The spirit of educators serves as the core value guidance for building a high-quality teaching staff in the new era. With diverse needs in learning, there is a high demand for a cross-cultural enquiry to establish ways in which different educational needs could be met explicitly. The following cases highlighted the different approaches across the regions while relating them to the cultural and institutional environments that influence the adoption of these technologies. For instance, a simple strategy cannot be applied in all contexts given the wide impact on cultural learning and teaching. From continents such as North America, Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America, varying cultural, educational, and institutional cases illustrate that cultural and institutional contexts influence technology adoption strategies and outcomes. For example, in the classroom, the interactive tools, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality models force the educator to adopt a new role as the students require maximal engagement and relevant integration of the tools in teaching and learning. Additionally, the technology that these learners integrate has a massive impact on educator training and assessment methods and strategies. For instance, robots for teaching preprimary learners require training such that they facilitate and are not used in the teaching and learning process. On the other hand, students’ academic and social development outcomes are affected by their integration as more focus is given to the learner in the classroom: educational opportunities can be tailored to fit the needs of the learners to meet the objectives without reducing the teacher-student time. In the global context, cultural education differences have been narrowed to fit the learners’ needs, which leads to separate learner-centered teaching in the region.
Jun Liu Copyright (c) 2025 Author(s) https://ojs.bbwpublisher.com/index.php/IEF/article/view/11555 Thu, 07 Aug 2025 16:17:48 +0800 Research on the Construction of Performance Evaluation System for Student Financial Aid in Western Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Huang Yanpei’s Vocational Education Quality View https://ojs.bbwpublisher.com/index.php/IEF/article/view/11557
Guided by Huang Yanpei’s view on vocational education quality, this paper studies the construction of a performance evaluation system for student financial aid in Western higher vocational colleges. This paper employs research methods such as literature review, experimental teaching, and mathematical statistics, with the ideological and political education in university swimming courses as its subject of study. The paper conducts an analysis from four perspectives: the design of the swimming course syllabus, the establishment of teaching content, the implementation of teaching and its effects, and teaching outcomes. The following conclusions are drawn: The three objectives of ideological and political education in swimming courses are established from three aspects: cognitive understanding, technical skills, and emotional attitudes. These objectives incorporate 14 relevant ideological and political elements. The diversity of ideological and political education content in swimming courses can be designed based on the unique environment of swimming and the characteristics of technical instruction, ensuring that the 14 ideological and political elements are consistently integrated throughout the teaching process. By enhancing the forms of ideological and political education in swimming courses, the educational functions of ideological and political instruction can be more clearly demonstrated to students. This is achieved through a combination of theoretical courses and practical teaching, aiming to subtly impart ideological and political education to students during the teaching process. Compared to the traditional swimming teaching control group, the frog kick teaching experimental group shows significantly better results in ideological and political education. Students in the experimental group acquire and comprehend more ideological and political elements during the teaching process.
Peng Ning, Cheng Chen, Xuwu Li, Deyi Huang, Chaoqun Huang, Zhuonan Huang Copyright (c) 2025 Author(s) https://ojs.bbwpublisher.com/index.php/IEF/article/view/11577 Thu, 07 Aug 2025 17:06:37 +0800 Innovative Teaching of Pelvic Tumor Embolization in the Era of Precision Medicine: From Anatomical Variation Identification to AIassisted Decision Making in Clinical Practice https://ojs.bbwpublisher.com/index.php/IEF/article/view/11578
Preoperative vascular embolization for pelvic tumors is a key technique to reduce intraoperative bleeding and improve tumor resection rates, but its teaching needs systematic improvement to address complex anatomy and operational risks. This article proposes an integrated teaching improvement plan of “3D anatomical reconstruction—multimodal imaging navigation—hierarchical technical training—intelligent feedback”: Preoperative teaching: Build dynamic 3D vascular models based on CT/MRI fusion technology, combined with a graded case library of target blood vessels (grades I–III) and in vitro simulation experiments with embolization materials to strengthen the ability to identify anatomical variations and make material selection decisions; Intraoperative teaching: Establish standardized operating procedures through DSA real-time image-guided superselective catheterization (error ≤1 mm) and emergency response drills for complications (such as a 5-minute response to spinal artery misembolization), and integrate AI-assisted segmentation (U-Net algorithm) and ICG fluorescence navigation to improve operational accuracy; Postoperative teaching: Establish a quantitative evaluation system and MDT review mechanism, combined with a VR simulation platform and hierarchical certification (Junior NAE/Senior SAE) to achieve closed-loop skill management. The teaching support system introduces forward-looking courses on biodegradable embolization agents (PLGA drug-loaded microspheres) and robot-assisted technology. Through dynamic OSCE assessment and electronic file tracking, improve the technical success rate of students and reduce the complication rate. In the future, it is necessary to promote the construction of a multi-center teaching alliance to facilitate personalized teaching optimization based on real-world data.
Suzhen Jiang, Zhi Xin Copyright (c) 2025 Author(s) https://ojs.bbwpublisher.com/index.php/IEF/article/view/11578 Thu, 07 Aug 2025 17:12:06 +0800
