Effects of Aquatic Exercise Therapy on Joint Mobility and Inflammatory Markers in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effects of aquatic exercise therapy on joint mobility and inflammatory markers in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Through a randomized controlled trial, patients in the experimental group underwent aquatic exercise therapy, with pre- and post-treatment data on joint mobility and inflammatory markers compared. Results demonstrated that aquatic exercise therapy significantly improved joint range of motion and reduced inflammation levels, indicating positive therapeutic effects for rheumatoid arthritis.
