Bone and Arthrosurgery Science is a peer-reviewed journal across a wide spectrum of clinical treatise, basic research, review, frontier of orthopedics, case analysis and comment. This journal is aimed at professionals at all levels engaged in the basic and clinical work of orthopedics. Each issue is guest-edited by an acknowledged expert and focuses on a single topic or controversy. 

It mainly reports new viewpoints, new achievements and new technologies in basic and clinical research of bone and joint surgery. The covered topics include, but are not limited to: sports medicine and arthroscopy, prosthetic design, biomechanics, biomaterials, metallurgy, biologic response to arthroplasty materials in vivo and in vitro.
